Community Partners Descriptor 2003

The Community Partners was formed out of agencies’ desire to work collaboratively for the benefit of all children, their families and their communities.  The Partners are those who serve children and their families across Leeds and Grenville.  The Partners’ mandate is to share knowledge and build bridges to cooperative action between government transfer agencies, non-governmental organizations and individuals who share the vision of communities with safe, healthy and valued children and youth.  To this end the Community Partners share their agency/organization objectives and planned actions for inclusion in Every Kids’ Integrated Planning document.  The Community Partners meet a minimum of four times per year.
