Providing the best life chances for our children and youth requires the commitment of those within our communities who, by virtue of the respect they command, influence the future of our communities, their families and their children.  Improving  the lives of young people means bringing together those who can, by their example, affect how people perceive and act on the needs of children and youth. 

Community Champions are opinion leaders in our communities and within their sectors -change agents and cheerleaders who see kids as assets within the community.  They are people who have within their grasp the ability, by acting in collaboration, to make the future bright for our children.  We rely on their wisdom, influence and resources to champion the action and the societal movement needed to create long-term systemic change.

Today our kids depend on us.  Tomorrow we depend on them!
